Raj Sinha, MD, PhD

Raj K. Sinha, M.D., Ph.D. has a results-oriented personality when it comes to knee replacement procedures. It explains, simply and elegantly, why he decided to specialize in orthopedics. He relocated to the Coachella Valley in 2003 and specializes in hip and knee replacement surgery.

His research has been published in leading journals, and he has received multiple awards, including a Clinician Scientist Grant from the National Institutes of Health (1993), the National Orthopedic Surgery Fellows Foundation Research Grant (1996), the International Society for Technology and Arthroplasty Hap Paul Award (1997), a Zimmer Research Grant , the Pittsburgh Tissue Engineering Initiative Grant, the 2003 Harcum Award, and the Arthritis Foundation Commitment to Excellence Award (2009).


Dr. Sinha earned his Medical Degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, completing his internship in the Department of Surgery at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, PA. During his residency within the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University, he pursued his Ph.D. at the Thomas Jefferson University College of Graduate Studies, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.


Most recently, Dr. Sinha served as Director of the Orthopaedic Curriculum of the Internal medicine Residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). He was Co-Director of the Ferguson Laboratory and an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery within the Division of Adult Reconstructive Surgery at UPMC. He remains active in surgeon education, lecturing world wide and organizing surgeon education conferences.

Bryan Huber, MD

Dr. Bryan Huber is Head of Orthopedic Surgery and Medical Director of Rehabilitation Services at Copley Hospital. He has a long history of providing personalized, Orthopedic care in northern Vermont. He also serves as Adjunct Clinical Faculty at the University of New England College of Health Professions.


“It really is sort of jaw-dropping how quickly people are recovering, and to see people walking better even as early as three or four weeks after surgery. Pretty amazing,” says Dr. Huber of the capabilities for exercise after knee replacement with Conformis technology.

Since 2003 he has served as a Team Physician for USSA and the U.S. Snowboard Team. Since 2001, he has served as a Medical Advisor for the Stowe Mountain Ski Patrol and Topnotch Resort. He is a Team Physician with Johnson State College.

Robert Tait, MD

Dr. Robert Tait is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hip, knee, and shoulder arthritis and other painful disorders. He is the Chief of Staff at St. Rose Dominican Hospital Siena in Henderson, NV.

Dr. Tait has extensive experience in a less invasive hip and knee replacements (total and partial), arthroscopy, osteotomies, joint preserving surgery, advanced shoulder surgery techniques, including arthroscopic repair of rotator cuff tears, and advanced knee surgery techniques. He has special expertise in complex revision/failed total hip and knee surgery.


Dr. Tait has presented and taught at national meetings, and regularly instructs surgeons in the operating room and lab on the use of new implants and techniques. He is known for his ability to handle the most difficult total joint revision cases and is respected among his peers as an expert in his field.
